(Spring 2016) DELIVERY VEHICLE UPGRADES

We have recently upgraded our delivery vehicles due to their age, high mileage and potential future reliability issues.

The new vehicles have been chosen based on a number of factors including their suitability for task, environmental impact, consumer reviews, feature set and cost.

Dedication to customer service through continued investment is one of our key policies.

(Summer 2015) APPRENTICE SCHEME

This summer has seen the start of our Government backed apprentice scheme.

To ensure a solid future for our trade we feel it is important to find the right people to train and train them well with the support of our education partners.

We are pleased to confirm all the apprentices within our team continue to grow and develop their skills at an exceptional rate.

(Spring 2014) EXCITING OUTLOOK

This year is set to be another successful trading period with continued repeat orders and new clients by recommendation.

Due to solid investment in previous years, last year did not see any major additions to our plant list but we have recruited additional staff to help us cope with demand and the extra administrative work that increased sales volumes create.

We are pleased to report all our design and production systems continue to function to the highest possible level and are maintained without exception.

(Summer 2013) TECHNOLOGY UPDATE

It has been a year since we last gave you a news update. This is due to our constantly growing workload and also a number of our clients requiring confidentiality on key projects which we always honour with the greatest integrity.

We remain committed to our customers and have recently invested in the very latest internet connectivity available to businesses. Data can now be downloaded in an instant and up to 12 times faster than our previous service. Backed up by 2 4G mobile networks, we are always online and open for business.

(Summer 2012) POS VASE RANGE GOES INTERNATIONAL

Over the last 2 years we have been instrumental in the research and development of a catalogue of flat-pack cardboard vases with integral plastic liners. The product is available in a range of superb standard designs and sizes and marketed at the floral point of sale.

Many leading brands from the retail sector are now placing regular orders and in April 2012 the products have been launched in Europe and North America.

With international exposure in 2 continents and further interest from Asia we anticipate that the product with go totally global within the next 6-9 months.

(Autumn 2011) CONTINUED GROWTH LEADS TO DELIVERY FLEET UPGRADE

To ensure the reliability and efficiency of our delivery service, we have upgraded our fleet vehicles to high specification VW models.

All our vehicles are factory fitted with satellite navigation systems and tracking devices to ensure your delivery is made on time every time.

Vehicles were chosen from the VW range due to their impressive economical and environmental benefits which will enable us to help balance clients requirements with our responsibility to the planet.

(Spring 2011) A JUICY RED APPLE IS NICE, BUT NOT EVERY APPLE IS RED

As we look to a fresh start after the shut down period, the year ahead looks even more appealing than last. We are pleased to be working with the UK agents for one of the worlds largest companies producing a superb and ingenious line of products that have been market tested and will be found in most high street retailers throughout the UK and beyond.

In the coming weeks a leading hotel group will also be exhibiting our work globally enabling us to gain more international exposure and recognition.

This year has started off great and with multiple projects already stacking up for the the Olympics in 2012, the outlook is fantastic!

(Winter 2010) ALL WORK AND NO PLAY

Traditionally throughout Autumn the trade is quiet until the start of the Christmas rush. However, thanks to you our customers we have been so busy that we have simply not had time to share our latest developments and news with you!

Please check back soon for details of our latest happenings...

(August 2010) PROTOTYPING SERVICE EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

During the last 6 months we have seen our bespoke design, prototype and consulting services develop in to a well respected standard throughout the trade. We are regularly asked to comment on designers ideas and agency concepts at the planning stages with projects we work on often the subject of award nominations. On your next campaign speak to us and eliminate the risk of poorly designed, non working, inferior products through bad or lack of cardboard engineering and allow us to give you the ability to demonstrate to your customer a professional CAD cut sample of your design to highlight any production issues along with application ready cutter guides for easy artworking and an email ready slideshow of your project to impress your clients and help you make the sale.

(July 2010) CHANGES TO LOW SPEND ACCOUNTS

From July 2010 we will require payment on invoice for all monthly spends below 100+VAT. The time and costs involved in providing account facilities for these lower values can be considerable and recent changes to our credit insurance policy means we must impose such terms. We prefer to receive electronic or online payment methods but we also accept cash and cheques. We will continue to offer credit accounts (subject to status) for clients with monthly spends above this current threshold.

(June 2010) EDUCATION SUPPORT PROGRAMME

We are honoured to have been invited by a local education service to negotiate on a programme to offer students an insight to our manufacturing facility including the processes and techniques used in a 'hands on' production environment. It was refreshing to have been recognised for our commitment to investing in the very latest technologies available in order to improve workflow efficiency whilst reducing our environmental impact. To be chosen for our development and adaptation of existing processes to provide an increasingly diverse range of services was simply flattering.

(May 2010) LATEST PLANT & SERVICES LIST AVAILABLE

In recent weeks it has come to our attention that some of our clients are not fully aware of the dynamic range of services that we have to offer. On many occasions when clients have been delivering or collecting their work they have seen another process in action and commented that they often required that service but were unaware we offered it. We have produced an informative PDF outlining all our key pieces of plant and also the many services that we are able to offer from under one roof. Please email us including your full name, company details, telephone number and type of business and we will be pleased to forward you a copy by return email.

(April 2010) NEW LARGE FORMAT CAD CUTTING TABLE INSTALLED

Due to popular demand and the ongoing growth of our bespoke prototyping service as well as an increase in our short run and digital markets we have invested in the latest cutting, creasing and plotting table from Kasemake. With a huge footprint of 2500mm x 1600mm this latest addition to our plant will handle a diverse variety of stock from folding box board and corrugated to plastics and foam, all with speed, ease and accuracy owing to a precision laser registration system, ensuring that your printed substrate is in register every time.

(March 2010) CHANGES TO OUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

HMRC plan to phase out the use of paper VAT Returns from April 2010, when businesses will be required to file their VAT Returns and make payments online. As this will apply to most of our clients, from April 2010 we will also request clients make payments to us electronically if they do not already. Our account details are on every invoice we send out. After listening to feedback from our clients we will still post hard copies of invoices each month but, if you wish to pay by a non electronic method then a monthly administration charge may be added to your account to cover the costs associated with handling such payments.
